 Jim ReaderJim grew up outside of Pittsburgh, PA, and after high school earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Grove City College. He is currently working on obtaining his MBA. He rose through the ranks of the building and development industry, achieving the position of Division President of the Sarasota division of Lennar Homes. He has collaborated with John Debitetto, a respected industry executive, to form Summit REO Services and SRS Realty, for which he serves as Managing Partner. He works with investor clients to purchase and sell distressed real estate and notes, while additionally providing general real estate services for others.
Jim enjoys staying involved with community and business organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Collier Building Industry Association in the past, and is currently an active member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc., serving on the Public Policy and Affordable/Attainable Housing groups. He has performed volunteer work for local organizations such as the Gabriel House, Habitat for Humanity, the Guadeloupe Center and Builders Care. He is a 2010 graduate of the Leadership Academy of the Realtor Association.
Jim enjoys spending his free time with his Labrador, Savannah, reading and bicycling. |

 John DebitettoAs a managing partner of Summit REO Services and SRS Realty with a focus on Business Development and Operations, John Debitetto draws from his extensive experience in the production homebuilding and real estate industry.
Before joining Summit, John spent eight years as Division President for Lennar Homes in Southwest Florida and was responsible for land acquisition, sales and marketing and construction as well as industry and Realtor relations. Earlier in his career, John focused on the housing industry, including development and management of golf course communities including land planning, product development, golf operations, association operations, and sales and marketing in both Orlando and Southwest Florida.
John graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 1983 with a Bachelor degree in Building Construction. Currently, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Building Contractor in the state of Florida. In addition, he previously sat on the Zoning Board for the City of Mount Dora and the Board of the Lee County Building Association.

 Marsha Bailey
Marsha’s real estate career started as a construction loan office with a large financial services company in Houston, Texas. She originated the homebuilder relationship accounts, underwrote loans, inspected construction work in progress, and funded loan advances. As the market shifted in the mid 1980’s to mid 1990's, Marsha redirected her focus in real estate to asset management. With this financial institution she was responsible for a team of property managers and sales associates and a real estate portfolio of almost $800 Million.
In 1994 Marsha relocated to Southwest Florida and became a mortgage loan origination officer for a commercial bank. There, she originated conventional, FHA, and VA loans for the financial institution to hold in their own portfolio, or to sell in the secondary market.
Marsha joined Lennar Corporation, a major homebuilder, in 1998. She served in the capacity of a real estate sales associate. Marsha was so successful that she was awarded the Annual Sales Advisory Council commendation three times.
Marsha is originally from Houston, Texas. Marsha served her country in the US Army in Belgium and Germany for five years, spending much of that time working at NATO Headquarters in Belgium. She is fluent in German.
